I am a full time, stay-at-home, multitasking mom of a little Storm girl, and loving every minute of it! I make things, paint things, talk about things, and sell things! I have a wonderful and most often hilarious husband who brews fantastic micro brews for a living (and to support my craft addiction...)

Little Tid-Bits About Me & My Family

• My husband, Kevin, and I have a beautiful daughter named Evelyn, who we most often call Evie. And yes, our last name is Storm
• Evie is my inspiration for (almost) all of my projects! Anytime I get in craft-mode, it's almost always to make something for her or her nursery.
• My husband asked me to marry him 2 days after we met, and we got married exactly one year from the day that we met. It was love at first sight, he always says "In an instant, and every moment..."
• I took art classes for 7 years throughout school, and love to paint and draw
• I do paint things other than nursery-themed pictures, frames, etc. It's actually only recently that I've aimed my projects more towards a much younger crowd.
• Moment of truth: I am not very good at sewing. But I am learning!
• I am prettyyy short, and my husband is veryyy tall. Seeing us side by side is quite a sight. He stands over a foot taller than me at 6'4", while I'm up to his shoulders at 5'2".
  
  I have several intentions for this site:

• Share the adventures in chaos of everyday parenting for a first-time mom
• Share tutorials for the projects I'm working on
• Give you my honest product reviews & opinions on Baby/Child/Crafting/Household products (and hopefully some Giveaways!)
• Give you the option of ordering customized items handmade by me, in case you don't have the time (or just don't want to) make some of your own (IE: Wall Letters, Picture Frames, Baby Wipe Cases, Nursing Covers, etc.)

P.s. I also often take online surveys to earn some extra spending cash on the side during down-time! I will eventually make a page for some of them. But please be patient with that part, as I will ONLY be posting the names of sites that I have PERSONALLY been paid by and can recommend as legitimate, it may be a while before that section it up. There are so many scams out there, the last thing an already frazzled mama needs is someone wasting their time and not paying up ;)
